Registration Issues

Q1:My username is not accepted.

Usernames must consist of 6-20 alphanumeric characters and start with a letter. It's possible the username you entered is already registered. Please check and change your username to meet the requirements, then reapply.

Q2:I'm not receiving the verification code via SMS.

First, please double check that the mobile number you registered is correct. Also, having call/message blocking enabled can prevent SMS delivery, so please check that setting as well. If you still don't receive it after checking, contact live chat.

Q3:How do I change my password?

After logging in, go to "My Page" → "Account" → "Change Password" to update your password.

Q4:I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, please contact live chat.

Q5:What steps are needed to close (deactivate) or freeze my account?

To prevent misuse, we only allow one account per person/household. Therefore, you cannot delete your account. However, if you contact live chat, we can process an account freeze request. Per our system, this is handled as an account freeze, but the account cannot be reactivated unless you contact us again.

  2. Full Name
  3. Registered Mobile Number
  4. Reason for Account Freeze

2. Once verified by the relevant department, your account will be immediately frozen. To reactivate a frozen account, simply contact live chat, and we will promptly assist you.

Q6:Is it possible to create multiple accounts?

To prevent misuse, only one account Is permitted per person, household, address, family, and IP address. If we detect multiple accounts, they may be closed without warning. Please be advised.

Deposit/Withdrawal Issues

Q1:How long will it take for my deposit to be credited?

Deposits made via e-wallet or bank transfer are processed in order and may take some time to be credited. Normally, deposits are completed within 1–5 minutes, but processing may take longer depending on transaction volume or your bank's speed. If your deposit has not been credited after 5 minutes, please contact us via live chat.

Q2:Do withdrawals require verification?

For your first withdrawal, if the withdrawal information does not match your registered details, you will need to submit a KYC document for identity verification.

Q3:How long does a withdrawal review take?

To protect your funds, withdrawal verification may take some time. Once the verification is complete, the funds will be transferred to the account you specified.
